Our workforce development strategy attracts, retains, and equips talent with the skills to thrive鈥攕upporting students from start to finish as they discover their vocational purpose and calling.

Learn & Earn

This innovative program offers students the opportunity for hands-on learning before graduation and gives them access to professional networking connections within the workforce of their choice.

Learn & Earn at Malone connects students with hands-on career opportunities while they pursue their degrees, minimizing costs and maximizing workforce readiness. We partner with organizations committed to attracting and retaining talent in our region, providing students with valuable experience and professional networking. Open to all majors, the program is especially beneficial for those in Hospitality and Tourism, Business Management, Accounting, and Sport Management.
